Malaysia Boleh !!!!! 

Setelah menanti selama 14 tahun, Malaysia akhirnya berjaya muncul juara Kejohanan Bola Sepak Piala Suzuki AFF 2010 menerusi agregat 4-2. Biarpun tewas 1-2 kepada Indonesia pada final kedua di Stadium Utama Gelora Bung Karno di sini malam tadi, Malaysia telah menang 3-0 pada final pertama di Stadium Nasional, Bukit Jalil, Ahad lalu. Kejuaraan tersebut mengesahkan status Malaysia sebagai raja bola sepak Asia Tenggara setelah saingan peringkat bawah 23 tahun iaitu Sukan SEA turut dijuarai Malaysia di Laos pada 2009. Kecemerlangan penjaga gol kebangsaan, Khairul Fahmi Che Mat menyelamatkan sepakan penalti kapten Indonesia, Firman Utina pada separuh masa pertama serta jaringan Mohd. Safee Mohd. Sali pada awal babak kedua menjadi detik pengubah perlawanan malam tadi.

fenomena gerhana bulan penuh

BULAN yang kelihatan berwarna kemerahan dalam kejadian gerhana penuh di Reykjavik, Iceland semalam.

REYKJAVIK, Iceland - Bulan bertukar merah di sini dalam kejadian gerhana penuh awal semalam sekali gus menepati ramalan ahli-ahli astronomi. Sejumlah orang ramai berkumpul untuk melihat fenomena yang menakjubkan itu. Bulan itu kelihatan seperti merah kerana musim sejuk yang kini melanda Eropah. Gerhana bulan penuh berlaku dari pukul 7.41 pagi waktu tempatan hingga 8.53 pagi di Iceland apabila bumi berada di antara matahari dan bulan. Gerhana kali ini berlaku ketika solstis musim sejuk dan ia berlaku sekali dalam tempoh hampir 400 tahun. Gerhana bulan itu dapat dilihat di rantau Amerika Utara, Pulau Greenland dan Iceland dengan penduduk di barat Eropah dapat melihat peringkat awalnya manakala barat Asia pula menyaksikan peringkat selepas gerhana apabila bulan kembali beransur terang.

Di bawah ini ada beberapa PETUA UNTUK KURUS DAN LANGSING

Petua 1 : Sediakan dua biji limau nipis atau limau kasturi setiap hari, setelah itu perah airnya ke dalam gelas yang berisi dengan air sejuk, masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk. Setelah itu bolehlah dijadikan air minuman setiap kali selepas anda makan tengahari dan makan malam. cara ini boleh diikuti dengan senaman ringan. Amalkanlah meminumnya selama sebulan, berat badan anda akan beransur turun.

Petua 2 : Ambil 3 sudu besar teh cina dan rendam dalam  air. tapis dan campurkan dengan air perahan limau nipis. Amalkan selalu maminumnya 2 kali sehari iaitu sebelum sarapan dan sebelum tidur. ATAU Selepas makan amalkan teh hijau atau teh cina tambah dengan serbuk kayu manis dan madu

Petua 3 : Untuk badan langsing selepas bersalain.
Untuk mengelakkan badan menjadi gemuk selepas bersalin, cuba petua berikut : Ambil 5 halia bara (Halia Cina), 10 biji lada hitam, 30 ekor ikan bilis. Tumbuk kesemua sehingga lumat. Perahkan air Limau Nipis. Dan makan lah bersama nasi panas waktu pagi dan malam, setiap hari sewaktu dalam pantang.

TIPS HILANGKAN JERAWAT

Petua 1 : Ambil sepotong ubi kayu. Kupas kulitnya. Buang kulitnya. Bersihkan. Parutkan. Perah untuk dapatkan airnya. Sapukan air perahan pada muka anda yang ada bekas jerawat. Lakukan setiap hari selama seminggu. Insya-Allah, kesannya memuaskan.

Petua 2 : Asah kulit kayu manis dan campurkan dengan madu lebah. Tempelkan pada muka yang berparut setiap malam. Esoknya, cucilah dengan air suam.

Petua 3 : Ambil 10 helai daun sireh muda, Bersihkan dan tumbuk lumat. Muka hendaklah dibersihkan dengan air suam dan sapukan sireh pada muka terutama di bahagian bekas jerawat. Biarkan kira-kira setengah jam atau hingga kering. Cuci muka bersih-bersih dan lap kering. Amalkan 3 kali seminggu.

Petua 4 : Selain daripada ulam yang enak dan berkhasiat, pegaga juga boleh digunakan untuk menghilangkan tanda hitam parut jerawat di muka. Caranya ialah dengan mengisar daun pegaga dengan bedak sejuk dan air secukupnya. Pupukkan adunan tersebut di tempat tanda hitam parut jerawat di muka anda setiap hari atau setiap malam sebelum tidur. Campuran kisaran pegaga dan bedak sejuk tersebut boleh disimpan di dalam peti sejuk dengan memasukkannya ke dalam botol yang kering.

Petua 5 : Tumbuk sepuluh helai daun sireh muda. Tempelkan pada muka terutama bekas jerawat. Setelah kering, cuci muka dengan air bersih. Amalkan 3 kali seminggu.

Petua 6 : Kisar timun dan tapis airnya.Tampalkan hampas timun pada wajah yang berparut. Biarkan setengah jam. Kemudian cuci dengan air suam.

• Mix kan semua bahan diatas dan apply di muka. Pastikan ianya betul2 kering, kemudian cuci dengan air suam lagi bagus dari air sejuk.

Dear guys the endhiran movie is the best movie for year "2010"

Man makes a machine, but the machine wreaks havoc on mankind. The onus is on the creator to set things right. This is a done-to-death storyline in movies in the West. For Tamil audiences, Shankar has presented something similar in “Endhiran” in an interesting manner and Rajnikanth’s magic makes it worth a watch.

A technical milestone in the history of Indian cinema, “Endhiran” is one of a kind and will be talked about for months. It is one of those movies where the awe factor lives forever. The script has its highs and lows and it may appeal to everyone. But if we forget logic, it is a truly entertaining movie.

The story revolves around Vaseegaran (Rajnikanth), a robotics professor who creates an Android humanoid robot Chitty, which resembles him. The machine is programmed to be a master of all traits. Vaseegaran creates it with a sole aim of dedicating it to Indian Army to replace soldiers in the battle field.

Vaseegaran is assisted by Siva (Santhanam) and Ravi (Karunas). The robot wins the admiration of beautiful Sana (Aishwarya Rai), ladylove of Vaseegaran.

But trouble starts when Chitty is programmed to have emotions like any human being. As it happens, it instantly falls in love with Sana and leads to trouble for both Chitty and its creator.

Enters Bohra (Danny Dengzongpa), who was Vaseegaran’s mentor, with an evil motive. Cashing in on the opportunity, Bhora takes control of the machine after Vaseegaran dismantles it and throws it away in a fit of rage. Now the real war erupts between Vaseegaran and Chitty.

Chitty takes away Sana and creates its own army of robots. Their only motive is to end Vaseegaran. The robots are on killing spree and it is up to Vaseegaran to end the menace.

Rajnikanth oozes style throughout the narrative. He impresses both as Vaseegaran and Chitty. The typical Rajnikanth may be missing here. No punchlines or intro song, yet Rajni is impressive.

Unlike other heroines, who come and disappear in a wink of an eye, Aishwarya has a substantial role in the movie. Danny is a refreshing change from regular baddies that we see in Tamil cinema.

Known for his big-budget sci-fi films, Shankar has gone one step further in this. Nobody other than Stan Winston studios would have carried of the special effects. “Endhiran” was like watching “Iron Man”, “Transformers” and “Superman”.

The first half is a smooth and fun ride with cute Chitty taking centrestage. A couple of fights set the tone for the fans. A few lighter moments and two songs make it a light-hearted affair.

However, the second half drags a bit, making the narrative less interesting. There are portions which could have been edited well. A couple of songs follow each other in quick succession which dampens things a bit. But, the rest of the second half is racy, action-packed and intelligent.

Rahman’s music is a mix of east and west. Cinematography compliments the theme, thanks to Rathnavel. Peter Heinz’s stunts, especially the train sequence, is fast and interesting.

Overall “Endhiran” is an awesome experience thanks to technical brilliance, gripping screenplay and good performances.
